What Is Evergo?

 

  The game Evergo, is an indie-horror game under development by us that was inspired by other ingeniously made indie games.

  Evergo is set in the year 2035 where mankind has settled a few other planets and started colonies there. Mean while, due to the excitement and focus of inter-planetary settlement, planet earth has gotten to the point of environmental collapse. This has caused two opposing (now world-wide) political parties to break out in war over the health of earth. The N.F.P (new foundation party) have the aim of 'starting again' so to speak, where a completely new layer is built over the original foundations of earth and industrialized and re-grown to become superior to other worlds. Then the G.D.P (global domestic preservation) wants to keep the world from becoming defiled and neglected; rather use advanced technology to re-grow the environment and restore environmental stability. The N.F.P went ahead with their plan anyway and started constructing titanic new foundations over the existing world without any ones consent. This has sparked a world wide war (the global movement war) and has forced families to split unwillingly and serve in the war to their respective opinions or country's views.
  In the midst of this all, you play as Gabriel who was serving in the global movement war for the G.D.P when he was captured and tested on for a drug under construction at the time of the war. He wakes up a two years later from being in stasis and finds himself under the new world, the war lost to the N.F.P, and the 'under-world' filled with mutants.
